Restaurant & Museum
The restaurant world and vintage advertising collections come together.
This particular union characterises the project organised by the restaurant Le Mandriane, a space dedicated to vintage advertising and to cuisine. The idea is that of the owner, who wanted to create a location to exhibit their private collection of items reflecting the history of Italian advertising. The pieces in the collection are exhibited in the restaurant, where visitors can enjoy the exhibition and receive information on the origin of the items displayed.
Each element in the collection offers an opportunity for learning and discovery, representing a piece of history from a period between the beginning of the 1900s and the 1950s. The private collection is made up of a total of approximately 500 items.
From breakfast to dinner, at the Agriturismo Locanda le Mandriane we only use products from our agriturismo, integrated with other productions of local companies of certified origin.
We only use quality products. Hunt, meats, cheeses and wines are local and the Jams, cakes, meat (chicken, duck, turkey), vegetables, fruit, oil and vinegar are products of our farm.
To guarantee freshness and wholesome food, ours is a fixed and express menu that varies according to the seasonality of the products.
And before getting up from the table .... you can´t miss a glass of our digestives, chosen from the wide range of them produced by the company.
The restaurant museum is open, strictly by reservation, every evening from 1 October to 31 May (minimum 4 people) and from 1 June to 30 September on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays).
